A Mid-winter Sea Dream | Luca Lacche Photography

January 26, 2010

Luca Lacche is photographer since the early 80s, lives and works in Italy. His favorite photographic technique is selective focus, and his  tool of choice in most cases is the Lensbaby selective focus lens. As Luca presents his work: “This lens and technique help me getting close to that photo mood I like – the plastic camera and lo-fi photography, Holga, Diana, the polaroids, toy cameras.”

A Mid-winter Sea Dream has been shot in sea locations in Veneto and Friuli regions of Italy like Jesolo, Punta Sabbioni, Lignano Sabbiadoro – long sandy beaches, with the unmistakable mood of sea at winter. Besides the 70 200 tele lens and the Composer with plastic optic, mainly the ultra wide lenses (14 and 15 mm fisheye) were used for this series. Let’s take a look at some of these fantastic images:

Portfolios with Luca Lacche recent photographic productions can be viewed on his website lucalacchephotography.net and on Art Limited.
